Hi everyone! I am really excited to be finally living in the cabin. Before moving in here, I was a little bit concerned about the amount of space that I would have available inside the Eco Cabin. After moving in, I am quite surprised at how much usable space their actually is and how comfortable I am in the cabin.

We have been working hard all day to restore the live video feed to www.zuspowerchellenge.com so everyone can see what is happening both here in the cabin and with the turbine outside. We had the live stream running this morning but, as traffic to the website increased, the stream suddenly went out. Our sponsors from Clearly Insight IP and Video are working tirelessly to get the live feed restored as quickly as possible. We will update everyone via Facebook, Twitter, and the ZuS Power Challenge Website once we get the live feed back up and running.

As I am sure many local Winnipeggers are aware, we are in for a very large storm in the next 24-48 hours. Blame it on my enthusiasm, but I’m eager for the storm to blow in and really make this experience a ‘challenge’. The wind speed will be high so our energy production will kick right up, and we will charge the batteries very quickly. It should be exciting. Stay tuned!
